I know what it’s like to train hard — and still feel like something is missing.

When I first got into fitness, I didn’t have a plan. I trained hard, made predictable mistakes, plateaued, and flirted with injury. What I lacked wasn’t motivation — it was structure, guidance, and a long-term perspective.

​

Over time, training became more than just workouts. Running, strength, and endurance shaped how I think about performance, recovery, and sustainability. I learned that progress isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing the right things, consistently, without burning everything else down.

That philosophy is what led me to build TC Training.

I’m Chase Linssen — a performance-focused run and hybrid coach and endurance athlete. I work with people who want to train with purpose, balance intensity with restraint, and show up prepared on race day and in life.

Whether you’re training for your first race, chasing a PR, or trying to integrate running with strength and a demanding schedule, the goal is the same: sustainable progress you can trust.

Background & Qualifications

​

I’m an ISSA Certified Run Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a background in endurance sport, strength training, and hybrid performance. My coaching blends evidence-based training principles with real-world sustainability, helping athletes make consistent progress without burnout.
